Important Concert Information

>The venue has refreshments and snacks available at the bar and staff to show you into the theatre. The venue has raked stage and capacity of 170.

>We kindly ask all performers to have their instruments tuned and be ready side stage before their performance time. 

​

>Students aged 5-11 will perform in the first half of the show and all others above 12 years of age will perform in the second half of the show. 

​

>We will post the running order on our site and socials the day/s before the concert and it will be available in the venue foyer on the day.

 

>Photography and Video: The concert will be filmed by the venue. Stills images and video may be used in future promotional and marketing campaigns. If you do not consent to the use of your child's image/s please inform us here or on the day.

 

If you would like to take footage or photos during the concert please feel free to come to the front of the stage during your child's performance.
